It uses the environment data from the METOC Guide (SHOM data).\n\nIOVAS allows to prepare the UAV mission by using :\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 2%;\">\n \t<li>A series of instructions<\/li>\n \t<li>Mission zones \/ Forbidden zones<\/li>\n \t<li>Payloads selection \/ parameters<\/li>\n \t<li>Operations selection \/ Enabled payloads on each zone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe physical specifications (nominal, min\/max constraints) of the vehicle are defined :\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 2%;\">\n \t<li>Speed, accelerations<\/li>\n \t<li>Radius of gyration<\/li>\n \t<li>Max Immersion<\/li>\n \t<li>Min Altitude<\/li>\n \t<li>Etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThen the user defines the mission by using instructions or zones. Each zone can be associated with some instructions, and these same instructions can be associated with some payloads.\n\nThe application enables the user to define his instructions, vehicles and payloads libraries.\n\nThe user subsequently has environment data to prepare his mission :\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 2%;\">\n \t<li>SHOM data (Service Hydrographique et Oc\u00e9anographique de la Marine)\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 2%;\">\n \t<li>Shore features (METOC Guide)<\/li>\n \t<li>Bathymetry (METOC Guide)<\/li>\n \t<li>Tidal currents (METOC Guide)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe SHOM data are directly loaded from the tool without needing any interface with the METOC Guide.\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 2%;\">\n \t<li>Other data :\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 2%;\">\n \t<li>Geotiffs, worldfiles<\/li>\n \t<li>S-57<\/li>\n \t<li>AML (Additional Military Layers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nPerformances \/ Display quality\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 2%;\">\n \t<li>The cartography is based on an accelerated display API<\/li>\n \t<li class=\"liwithdot\">Loading dynamically \/ multi-scale on the different data layers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nIOVAS uses algorithms developed by the ONERA (CERT), and generates a mission folder in the native format used by embedded softwares.\n\nIOVAS enables to directly download the mission in the correct format from the
